Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2025

Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the private partnership arrangements between Stake House Collective ("Stake House," "we," "us") and individuals who elect to enter into a profit-sharing partnership ("Partner," "you"). By proceeding with onboarding or any formal partnership arrangement with Stake House Collective, you agree to these terms in full.

These terms apply to both Risk Partnership and No-Risk Partnership structures. Where the terms differ between structures, this is stated explicitly.

1. Nature of Partnership

The arrangement between Stake House Collective and any partner is a private, bilateral profit-sharing agreement. It is not a financial product, securities offering, investment vehicle, or regulated financial service of any kind.

  • No financial advice is provided or implied by Stake House Collective at any time
  • This arrangement does not constitute a formal employment relationship, agency agreement, or fiduciary duty
  • Stake House Collective does not hold or manage partner funds — partners provide access, not capital
  • The arrangement is entered into voluntarily by both parties as a private commercial agreement

2. Partner Responsibilities

As a partner, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information about your account(s) during onboarding
  • Maintaining your sportsbook account(s) in good standing throughout the partnership
  • Promptly communicating any changes to your account status, limits, or access that may affect operations
  • Ensuring that your participation in this arrangement is lawful in your jurisdiction
  • Not sharing access credentials provided for partnership purposes with any third party
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of our operational methods, models, and proprietary processes

Stake House Collective accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by partners during onboarding or throughout the partnership.

3. Risk Acknowledgement

Sports wagering involves inherent financial risk. All partners acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Past performance of any wagering operation does not guarantee future results
  • There will be periods of loss in any wagering operation, regardless of the quality of execution
  • Results are influenced by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to injury, weather, officiating, and market behaviour
  • Risk Partnership holders specifically acknowledge that their accounts may experience net negative periods and that losses during these periods are shared per the agreed split
  • No-Risk Partnership holders acknowledge that in negative weeks, they receive no payment for that week — there is no carryover liability

4. No-Risk Partnership Terms

Under a No-Risk Partnership structure:

  • Partners receive a fixed percentage of net profits generated through their account(s) in any given week
  • In weeks where net results are negative or flat, partners receive no payment and bear no financial liability
  • The fixed profit-sharing percentage is agreed between both parties at the time of onboarding and confirmed in writing via Telegram
  • The agreed split applies to net weekly results, calculated after all wagers for that week have settled
  • Stake House Collective absorbs all losses in negative weeks under this structure

5. Risk Partnership Terms

Under a Risk Partnership structure:

  • Partners participate in both the profits and the losses generated through their account(s)
  • The profit and loss sharing split is dynamic and agreed between both parties at onboarding
  • Both parties share weekly net results — positive or negative — according to the agreed percentages
  • Settlement of losses, where applicable, is handled as agreed at onboarding and confirmed in writing
  • The risk structure may offer higher upside than the no-risk structure in profitable periods

6. Profit Sharing & Payment

Profit sharing and settlement operates as follows:

  • The settlement period is weekly, running from Monday to Sunday (inclusive)
  • Performance summaries are delivered every Monday morning, typically between 4–6 AM EST
  • Payment and settlement terms are agreed at onboarding and confirmed via Telegram
  • Stake House Collective does not hold partner funds and all settlements are handled per account-specific arrangements
  • Disputes regarding reported results must be raised within 48 hours of the Monday morning summary

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to mutual non-disclosure of the partnership arrangement and its terms:

  • Partners agree not to disclose the existence, terms, or operational details of this arrangement to any third party without prior written consent from Stake House Collective
  • Stake House Collective agrees not to disclose partner identities, account details, or participation to any third party without prior written consent from the partner
  • This mutual confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the partnership
  • Breach of confidentiality by either party constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the arrangement

8. Termination

Either party may exit the partnership arrangement with written notice delivered via Telegram. Specifically:

  • Standard termination requires 7 days' written notice via Telegram
  • Immediate termination without notice may be exercised by either party in the event of a material breach of these terms
  • Upon termination, all outstanding settlements for completed wagering periods will be honoured in full
  • Account access will be returned to the partner within 24 hours of confirmed termination
  • The confidentiality obligations in Section 7 survive termination indefinitely

9. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute:

  • Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via Telegram
  • If good-faith negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, both parties agree to binding private arbitration
  • Neither party will initiate public legal proceedings without first exhausting the above resolution process
  • The laws of the relevant jurisdiction where each party is resident apply to their individual obligations under this arrangement

10. Disclaimer
